GENERAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: This flat requires a deposit of 250 € which will not be charged or retained. It will only be charged to your credit card in case of any damage after your departure from the flat, caused by misuse of the flat.
Applicable conditions: The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card as a guarantee in accordance with the cancellation policy applied.
Check-in: As this is a residential building there is NO reception, so we ask you to let us know at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the accommodation, so that we can meet you in person on your arrival.
Entrances after 21:00h have an extra cost that must be paid in cash on arrival to the person who will receive you.
Pets: Out of respect for other guests, pets are NOT allowed.
