GENERAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: This flat requires a deposit of 250 € which will not be charged or retained. It will only be charged to your credit card in case of any damage after your departure from the flat, caused by misuse of the flat.
Applicable conditions: The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card as a guarantee in accordance with the cancellation policy applied.
Booking: Once you have made your booking, we will send you an email requesting you to fill in the customer registration form, and once we have received the registration form, you will be sent an access code on the day of arrival.
Pets: Out of respect for other guests, pets are NOT allowed.
Parking: We do not have parking in the building. There is a public car park just 270m from the building.
Check-in time: 14.00
Departure time: 12.00
Deposit: 250€ to be returned within 48 hours.
